Refund Policy

Service-Based Refunds

As a service provider, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A scheduled service was not delivered as agreed.

  • The work completed was clearly defective or failed to meet agreed standards.

 

Refund Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Work that was completed to agreed specifications.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service.

  • Situations where site access or information was withheld by the client.

 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@ecosmartpropertysolutions.co.uk within 7 days of service, including:

  • Your name and contact info

  • Date of service

  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request within 5 business days.
