Service-Based Refunds
As a service provider, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

A scheduled service was not delivered as agreed.

The work completed was clearly defective or failed to meet agreed standards.
Refund Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for:

Work that was completed to agreed specifications.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service.

Situations where site access or information was withheld by the client.
Requesting a Refund

Date of service

Reason for refund request
We will review your request within 5 business days.
